CLEANING

Our Pack Program bags and accessories incorporate water resistant and water repellant properties and compartments. Due to this we do not recommend soaking or putting our bags in the washing machine and should be wiped down with a damp cloth only.

DRYING

Our Pack Program bags and accessories should not be put in the dryer. High heat will damage the fabric. If your bag does get wet, air dry only in a well ventilated shaded area.

Returns Policy
We offer FREE return postage for our Australian, US & Canadian customers only.

All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date and must be in re-saleable condition (tags attached, unwashed and unworn). All returns are actioned via a store credit, unless the the return matches the refund criteria stated in the policy.

Sale items marked with FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on FINAL SALE items unless the product is damaged or faulty.
