Our Boxing Day Sale will go live to the public on the 26 December at 7am AEDT.
We will be giving a free gift for for orders over $200 for the first 200 customers that shop with us on launch day in our app.

Yes! Our Boxing Day sale will be happening in our one-and-only Manly store, located at the Bower in Manly, Sydney. Our offers will be the same as online.

We will be giving a free gift with purchase to the first 200 customers who spend over $200 with us online or in the app.
Your cart must reach $200 after any additional codes have been applied, to be eligible for the gift.
Your free gift will automatically be added to your cart if you are one of the first 200 customers to shop and spend over $200

Some items will be eligible for return for store credit only.
We will have items that will be final sale and not eligible for return due to the high discount rate on these items. Items that are non returnable will have FINAL sale within the product page.We will not be offering refunds on any items unless deemed faulty.

Our sale won’t be accepting codes or points due during the sale however you will still be able to earn reward points as part of our loyalty program meaning you can stock up on points have save your codes and points for next time!

We have limited stock across all items and we are expecting a fast sell out on a lot of styles.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to do so as Boxing Day Sale is a globally recognised/advertised event. We will be giving everyone notice of the sale ahead of time.

No other codes will be able to be used on top of the sale items.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or hold the items whilst you are still shopping and can still be purchased by other customers before you checkout and complete your order.

If you have an existing store credit with REC GEN, you will still be able to use it as usual.

Our bundle deals will still work for full price styles only.

If you have forgotten to add something to your order, we recommend placing another order for that item to make sure you don't miss out.
With the volume of traffic on our website during the sale, we will be handling a large volume of orders. We will do our best to help if you need to change address details or cancel orders however we are unable to add or remove items once the order is placed.
If you require an address change or an order to be cancelled please email us immediately at hello@recgen.com with the subject as URGENT with your order number and we will try our best to help. -
