Connecting people through movement. Our community events are designed to bring people together to support each other and create a welcoming environment to push yourself, grow, and meet new people .

REC RUN

Introducing REC RUN! Join us every Friday as we kick off our 5km run from our Bower store. Bring some friends, set your own pace.

Meet time: 5.50am warmup, 6am start.

Time: Meet at 5.50am for 6am Start
Location: The Boathouse Shelly Beach
1 Marine Parade, Manly NSW 2095
Distance: 5km (along the beachfront, from Shelly Beach to Pittwater Road and back to the REC GEN store - 5 Marine Parade, Manly NSW 2095)

Our runs are open to everyone and to all fitness levels, and are adaptable - valuing commitment and effort over anything else.
