WASHING
Many of our styles have bacteria fighting properties which means they should not be washed in hot water and as frequently unless in need. Wash promptly after perspiration. Washing in cold water only with mild detergent, a 30min cycle is all they need.
DRYING
Do not use the dryer. High heat will eventually break down the elasticity and can deteriorate the fabric. Air drying in the shade is best.
BE DELICATE
Our gear is durable for training, but you should still be gentle with it. Turn inside out to protect the branding. Never wash with anything fluffy like towels or fleece as the lint will transfer or encourage pilling. You should also avoid the fabric rubbing on abrasive surfaces.
BE SELECTIVE
Use a gentle detergent and avoid fabric softener. Harsh detergents can damage activewear's performance & softener can degrade sweat wicking properties.

"These cotton shirts I wear whilst training (CrossFit & resistance training) and they're on the thicker side which I'm a fan of. I originally went for an XL for a looser fit but have since gone to the L for more fitted. They hold their shape well and have minimal shrinkage after washing. I love them as I'd prefer to train in cotton where possible, but a lighter poly or nylon alternative would feel better if you'd prefer a less weighted fit."

"I love the colour and the graphics however personally I feel like the front collar is to high?, I feel like it looks like I have the shirt on backwards. but I love the fabric, the colour and the length Im a size 12 but for working out I go for a L generally. if its an oversized shirt ill wear a medium - small. I tried this shirt on in the tent at torian and it felt right size for purpose. the only fault I find is it looks like I have the shirt on the wrong way round( this is my opinion)"
