Notes: High-waisted short constructed with body contouring performance fabric. Featuring a Powermesh enhanced waistband offering slight compression at the waist, designed to hold you in and stay in place whilst you move.
Many of our styles have bacteria fighting properties which means they should not be washed in hot water and as frequently unless in need. Wash promptly after perspiration. Washing in cold water only with mild detergent, a 30min cycle is all they need.
Do not use the dryer. High heat will eventually break down the elasticity and can deteriorate the fabric. Air drying in the shade is best.
Our gear is durable for training, but you should still be gentle with it. Turn inside out to protect the branding. Never wash with anything fluffy like towels or fleece as the lint will transfer or encourage pilling. You should also avoid the fabric rubbing on abrasive surfaces.
Use a gentle detergent and avoid fabric softener. Harsh detergents can damage activewear's performance & softener can degrade sweat wicking properties.

"I loved these shorts for my long runs, as the side pockets are placed high, so when I put my soft water bottles in them, they do not hurt my legs. The only thing I think these shorts are missing is a larger bottom hem on the legs because, while running, the shorts ride up and do not stay in place."

The shorts are supportive whilst not being too tight so you don't have a muffin top or back fat spilling out of the back of your bra top etc. Love the material - it's so soft but supportive. There's quite a few styles - not all that suited me, but I love what I bought and the materials have various textures which give it a measure of quality and differentiated it amoungst all the other brands available. Price point is pretty much the same as other popular brands but the quality seems to be really up there."
