Before Payment
You can amend your order in the MY CART section of the website before processing payment for your order.
After Payment
It can be difficult to process all requests for order amendments post-payment, but our team can usually facilitate the following updating requests:

- contact details
- removing itemsIf you need to swap or amend sizes of products in an order you have already paid for, our team may not able to process this. Please ensure you check your order throughly before confirming your payment to ensure accuracy of your order.
To make this amendments, please email [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order. Any requests received outside of the 2 hour window may not be processed in time before your order is released for shipment.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. This allows us to provide high quality and more efficient delivery for your order. REC GEN has also gone paperless, so invoices are only digital. If you require a tax invoice contact [email protected]

All international orders are shipped as ATL (Authority to Leave). This means that if the driver deems a delivery safe to do so, without someone signing for the package, that this will be done. If you wish to avoid this scenario, we encourage you to ship your order to a location that you will be present at during the day, or to a business address.
What are Import Fees?
Some countries will charge a separate fee for incoming purchases. The fee values do vary from country to country and we want to provide you with the best service that we can offer by having a one payment system. This means you will not be charged anything extra at time of delivery
How is it Calculated?
All duties and taxes are calculated on our site based on your details and the countries requirements that you are shipping to. Unfortunately, we cannot amend this cost as it is done automatically. We regularly check and update these figures to ensure that we are passing on the right charge and information.
Canadian orders have duties and taxes included in the retail price.
No Avoidance
We cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

Returns

There are strictly no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty.

If you wish to return an item from your order it must be arranged within 21 days of your Order Purchase Date. All items are inspected on arrival at our offices. Please make sure your item(s) are:
- Unwashed
- Unworn; and
- Original tags still attachedIf you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out the Returns Form and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.
All returns will be issued a Store Credit (see below for more info)
REC GEN will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product:
- Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or
- Does not match descriptions made on the site, or given to you by any REC GEN representative. -
If you believe your item is acceptable for return, you will need to fill out the Returns Form and then a team member will contact you with instructions within 2 business days of receiving your request.

Once we have received your approved returned items at one of our offices, our team will work quickly to issue you a Store Credit code. This code wont expire.
Your store credit will be emailed to you directly to the email address you provided in your original order.
To apply the store credit to your order, proceed to checkout and enter the code in the "gift voucher or discount code", then click apply. Please ensure the code has been entered in its entirety with no spaces at the beginning or end.

Although a lot of care is made with the production and design of our products, we always want you to be happy with your purchase.
If you believe that an item you have received from REC GEN is faulty, not of acceptable quality or unsafe, please email [email protected] with this information:
- Photos that clearly show what you believe to be faulty about the product
- Proof of purchase of the itemAny unclear photos and/or a proof of purchase that does not clearly show the date and the location of purchase will not be accepted.
Once we have received this information we will then process your request as quickly as possible to determine whether the product is faulty.
*Please note that not all issues are faults of the product. Some instances can be caused by general usage of the product or if the product has not been handled in accordance with the care instructions - and as a result, may not be determined as faulty. -
All requests are processed within 2 business days of receiving your returned parcel.
It can sometimes take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our Los Angeles or Sydney office depending on the starting location.
If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you have returned your item(s) and you haven’t heard from us, please check your junk email and check the inbox of the email account you used on your order.
If you still cannot find confirmation from us of the return, please contact [email protected] with details of your return. This includes:

- Item(s) you returned

- All orders paid with credit card over $500 must be shipped to the same address as billing address. This is to prevent fraudulent use of credit cards. In the interest of credit card holders, orders that do not comply may be cancelled at the digression of REC GENERATION.
- No Refunds on Full Price or Sale Items for Sizing issues, change of Mind.
- Customers have 21 days to exchange any Full Price item from date of purchase
- Customers have 7 days to exchange any Sale item from date of purchase

Parts of the Website require you to input a password to access certain features. This is to be able to give you details relevant to your order whilst still keeping them private to you. To do this, as part of our security procedures, we require you to register an account with REC GENERATION by entering your email and choosing a secure password. There is a password reset procedure in case you forget your password. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all the information you provide on the Website is correct, current and complete. We reserve the right to disable any user account in our sole discretion, at any time for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms of Service.
SSL encrypted browsing is available for all logged-in users, but while we strive for this, we cannot guarantee that all use will be secure. While we work hard towards this, we also do not guarantee that the Website or any content provided on the Website is error free. We manage your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
We take great care when putting product information, descriptions and images on-line but will not be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions to any information given.
The prices indicated on the REC GENERATION website are shown in Australian Dollars and include all local taxes but do not include delivery, inbound duties or local delivery taxes. Theses delivery costs are clearly shown and invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed. If an obviously incorrect price appears on our website and is not corrected on your total at the time of order completion, for whatever reason (human error, technical error etc.), your order will be cancelled and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for, we will refund the price you paid for the product immediately. If your order includes products that are temporarily unavailable, we will send the available products out first and will follow with the outstanding items once they are available again. We will refund the shipping fees for the rest of the order. If relevant, we will offer you a replacement for an unavailable product, a product of equal price and quality. If you accept the replacement, and then wish to return it to us in the conditions outlined under Returns, the return postage will be covered by us. If you choose to decline this offer, and the original product is permanently unavailable, we will reimburse the price of the unavailable product.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to REC GEN's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages with service-related messages, including: updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.) and promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders) from and on behalf of REC GEN via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with REC GEN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. US & Canadian receivers text the single keyword command STOP to
+1 (844) 258-9433. Australian & UK receivers, click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other REC GEN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
