What you'll do

  • Make every customer feel like they belong.
  • Know the product inside out and help people find what's right for them.
  • Keep the store looking and feeling its best, every shift.

You'll thrive if you

  • You're proactive. You notice what needs doing and get on with it. The display that needs refreshing, the mixed size run, the rack that needs straightening. You see it, you own it.
  • You're curious. You love learning. You ask questions, get to know the product inside out and genuinely enjoy helping people find what works for them.
  • You're team-first. You back your teammates, bring the same energy on a quiet Tuesday as you do on a busy Saturday, and never think, "That's not my job."
  • You're accountable. You own your actions, learn from your mistakes and represent REC GEN with pride, both on and off the shop floor.
