Some people manage stores. We're looking for someone who wants to build one. REC GEN is Australia's fastest-growing performance and lifestyle brand and we are growing. Our Byron Bay store is more than retail. It's the home of the Recreation Generation on the North Coast - a place where community, movement and great product come together.
We're looking for someone to own it. Not just the store, but the team, the customer experience, the partnerships and the local community.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing retail team
- Own store performance, KPIs and day-to-day operations
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Build partnerships with gyms, cafés, run clubs and local businesses in Byron and
along the north coast - Bring community events, REC RUN and activations to life.
- Help grow one of Australia's most exciting emerging brands
