To sign up to our REC CLUB Rewards Program click JOIN NOW at the top of the reward page. If you are having troubles logging into your account, it could mean that you checked out as a guest and did not create an account with us. Once you sign up, we will place you in the correct tier based on your previous 3 months worth of purchases you made with the email you signed up with. Alternatively, if you do have an account and are having trouble logging in, we recommend resetting your password, if you have further issues, please reach out at [email protected].

To earn and redeem points you have to be a REC CLUB Rewards member. You can earn points with every purchase, writing a review, downloading our app. Check out our REC CLUB rewards page for more.

To check your points balance, log in to your REC CLUB account here You can redeem your points for rewards within the REC Club page. Please note, if you redeem a reward code via the rewards page you must save the discount code supplied. If you don’t use it this time, make sure you save the code somewhere safe for next time.

To use your points, visit our REC CLUB page, make sure you're logged in, then select "Redeem My Points" and copy & paste your code during checkout.
Your cart will need to reach minimum values in order to apply loyalty voucher codes.

• $20 minimum spend to redeem $10 voucher
• $40 minimum spend to redeem $20 voucher
• $60 minimum spend to redeem $30 voucher
• $80 minimum spend to redeem $40 voucher
• $100 minimum spend to redeem $50 voucher
• $200 minimum spend to redeem $100 voucher

If you are redeeming a product using points in the Rec Club page, you must have one paid item in your cart to redeem. You can only redeem one item per purchase.

Points earned have a rolling expiry of 24 months. This means from date of issue, you have 24 months to use your points within the reward page though if your points are not redeemed during this time, they will expire.
The exact points earned on a particular date or order will expire within 24 months, not your full points balance.

We will send you points and tier update emails to let you know where you are at and how far away from gaining a new status level or moving down a level.

We are unable to merge two or more accounts, transfer points or orders to another reward account. If you want to gain more benefits and move up the tiers, make sure you use the same email address when you make purchases so each purchase contributes to your overall 12 month spend.

Purchases made over the 12 months prior to creating an account will be used to establish your reward tier at the time you create an account, however you wont be awarded the points for these purchases. Your purchases will need to have been made with the same email address you use to sign up. You will start earning points as soon as you create your account and make purchases.

After making an online purchase with us, you will receive a product review email after 14 days.
After leaving a review 30 rewards points will be added to your account automatically.

Unfortunately, points can not be used to purchase gift cards.

When redeeming rewards points at checkout for discounts, you will only be able to use one code at once and not in combination with another discount code. For example you will not be able to combine bundle offers with your rewards points redemption discount.

You can however use a gift card at the same time you are redeeming your rewards points.

Your tier status is based on a rolling 12 month spend. Within this 12-month period, you have the opportunity to spend enough points to remain in the tier for another year, or even move up a tier.

If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you moved to the next tier. If you do not accrue the minimum points for your tier within 12 months, your status will downgrade to the below tier.
