• The REC GEN “Luxury Island Giveaway” commences on Thursday 25 September, 2025 and ends on Thursday 6 November.
• Entrants must sign up to the Luxury Island Giveaway form in order to win as well as following Follow @recgen and @july and tagging a friend in the comments on the pinned launch giveaway post.
• This sign up form will be communicated via social media, email marketing, website and other forms of marketing. The entrant must provide their email address, mobile phone number, first name to enter the giveaway.

• By signing up to this giveaway you agree to be opted in to marketing communications (including email & SMS), by both REC GEN & July Luggage. 
• Entrants can receive 1 x bonus entry by making a purchase via our website or app during the giveaway dates listed above (if purchasing the entries are unlimited).
• Entrants must be over the age of 18 and reside in Australia.
• The winner will be drawn at random via a random number generator on Monday 10 November, 2025 at 12pm at REC GEN HQ, 173 South Creek Rd, Cromer 2099, Sydney. The prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days, via one of the following communication channels: telephone, email, social media.
• The winner must be opted in to email & SMS comms & be following REC GEN when the winner is drawn to be eligible to win.

• The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven days. 
• The winner of the re-draw details (last name, first initial, postcode) will be published on social media within 30 days.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
